Summer Tasteful Shoe Pledge

With summer just around the corner, I went and got pedicured today after shamefully wearing socks during last week's heatwave.  I was a mess and I won't inflict that upon the world.  With that, I bring you the summer shoe pledge! 

Hair Cut!

Made a decision to cut it off.  I am amazed at how curly my hair is!  It didn't get curly until about 6 years ago.  I kept having to cut it - a lot of it - to keep up with the damage the chlorine was doing.

March 14, 2013 was the first day I set foot into the Weight Watchers Center over on Paseo Padre.  I was horrified at my starting weight and how I looked and felt.  Now 8 months and 4 days later, I have accomplished a deletion of a little over 40 lbs.

A Farewell to a Good Friend

We have lost a very good friend and a wonderful man this week.  John was in my H.O.G. chapter for YEARS and was our Director in 2010.  He was very kind and you could confide in him.

The journey continues...I no longer have to shop in the "Plus Sized" section, and this is the second thing I've been able to get from the Venus catalog.  IT's a version of the top I wore in the last pic I posted here, only in my second favorite color, fuschia, and as a dress.  I love it!
