Yep, week 87.  I started out in March of 2013 and I am still at it - trying to reach goal.  I have 30 and change to go to reach my goal.  I sure look unhappy in that picture on the left.  I remember frowning as I was going to go for my first swim that morning and donning a swimsuit in public was a bit daunting.  Couldn't get into the water fast enough.

We went to visit the Castro Valley Turtle & Tortoise rescue where I adopted Augustus, back in June.  No every day one gets to sit on a 200 lb tortoise!

My Weight Deletion Continues

I continue my "weight Deletion" journey - I just ran across this pool photo - I believe it was taken on my birthday last year, which is just 51 weeks ago today.  My face was much more full - so I grabbed my phone and did a quick selfie.  It's a little grainy but gets the point across (it's sort of dark in my office).  Today I put on a pair of size 10 cargo shorts - they are snug but I'M IN THEM!

I have always wanted a CA Desert tortoise.  My uncle had one and I saved and saved and by the time I had enough money, the sale was outlawed of CA Desert Tortoises.  I recently decided to look into adoption as that is legal.
