Before and Now...(During)

The journey continues...I no longer have to shop in the "Plus Sized" section, and this is the second thing I've been able to get from the Venus catalog. IT's a version of the top I wore in the last pic I posted here, only in my second favorite color, fuschia, and as a dress. I love it!
I not only look better but feel amazingly better. I'll keep doing the level of swimming I'm doing - last week I swam 10,000 yards! I skated last week too and didn't feel like an impending disaster on ice.
I'm in no way close to the end of this journey to goal weight - it'll probably happen about this time next year. But the lifestyle changes are permanent and will lead to a lifetime of good health.
