Golden Citrus Broiled Chicken
Ingredients:
Preparation:
- Combine soy sauce, orange and lime juices and chicken into a food storage bag. Press air out of bag, turn over several times to coat chicken. Marinate 20 minutes (but I feel overnight is better).
- Broil chicken, skin side down, 5" from heat source for 8 minutes.
- Turn over and cook 6 mins longer, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
