Garlic Pepper Noodles

Ingredients:

1 package of curly or bowtie pasta or the shape of your choice 1 red bell pepper sliced vertically 1 yellow bell pepper sliced vertically 1/2 c chicken broth 1/2 white dry wine pepper garlic minced 1 tsp. olive oil

Preparation:

Heat oil in a skillet. Once heated sautee garlic for about a minute. Add the peppers sautee for about a minute. Add chicken broth and wine and bring to a boil. Simmer covered until mixture is cooked down to about 1/4. Meanwhile cook and drain the pasta.
