Pepsi Chicken

Ingredients:

1 whole cut up fryer 1 can of pepsi (or diet pepsi) 1 small can crushed pineapple soy sauce 5 cloves of garlic minced.

Preparation:

Two days before you plan to cook this put the chicken in a container with a tight fitting lid and pour half the pepsi in top it with the rest of the ingredients to taste. Marinate and invert a few times a day - be sure you have something under it because the carbonation in the soda will cause it to drip at first. Cook it up and you are in for a treat!
