Back to Work

So I was out with injured hands for the last half of 2012.  Carpal tunnel finally caught up with me - didn't take much more than my keyboard height being about 3-4" too high at my contract job last spring.  Ten days of working like that, and I was in trouble!

So after a lot of resting, exercise, ice, and just being careful, I'm back to work.  I'm back doing my web stuff - full steam ahead - and since I get to work from home 100% of the time, I can stop, take a break, ice, exercise with my hand contraption that stretches the tendons in the opposite direction whenever I need to, I'm doing well. I did a lot of reading during my down time so I kept right up with the technology, and have actually come back even stronger.  Glad to be back in the game again!
