Shaking off the Past

Sometimes you're going along in life and feel that everything is okay, you have your struggles you're working against, and you keep on going.  Then suddenly, something happens where something is gone - and you realize after you let go of it, it was truly weighing you down.

It was painful but with a little support from a close friend, they helped me realize that it was a very toxic situation - and that it is better to let go.  In doing so, I feel 100% 'lighter' and feel that today is a new, bright day, and everything is going to be good from here without those negative factors in my life.  2013 - my year of cleansing - has begun, and I'm on board now!
