Getting ready for Turkey Day

So I'm getting ready for Turkey Day - I had hand paintined glasses last year and have more guests this year, so I went to the dollar store - and they had the same ones again.  I spent the afternoon painting 6 more.  They came out pretty nice.

Now for the menu:

• Deep fried turkey - deep fried in Peanut oil, injected with herbed butter Marinade
• Butter Milked Brined, Smoked turkey with chive butter stuffed in the skin, smoked over pecan and cherrywood
• Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes & Turkey Gravy
• Herbed Biscuits
• Steamed veggies with Bacon Vinaigrette
• Ginger Maple Yams
• Classic Bread Stuffing

Dessert:

• Apple Pie
• Pumpkin Pie
• Wines: 
• Chouinard Vineyards Barbeira Rose
• Chouinard Vineyards Granny Smith Apple Wine

My stomach is already growling!
